The smell of what we are used to, the flavours that we know very well, the sense of comfort that it is hard to find while travelling is something I seek for from time to time. My mum’s food will always be the best one, but I cannot really drag her around the world to satisfy my desires of a spoiled kid.

So, whenever I find something that is similar to what I used to have when I am home, I am very happy. Today, I found a fruit tart.
