Travelling is, also, about the taste you remember when thinking of a country. It is about the Italian Carbonara, Indian rice or…Moroccan tajine. Very similar to the food that my grandmother used to cook in the countryside, this traditional dish filled my heart with flavors and tastes I missed.

I am happy I could eat traditional food.
